All users are strongly encouraged to transition to Dragon Medical One as soon as possible to make sure you are not putting yourself or organization at risk of HIPAA non-compiance by using software that is no longer supported. As support has officially ended, Nuance and Dictation Direct will no longer be able to provide updates to resolve bugs; crashes; security fixes; troubleshoot; or resolve any software / system compatibility issues.
